Ramp Creek Community had its Grand Opening in 1995 with 50 initial lots developed for manufactured homes. Today we have 303 approved lots in Ramp Creek with 98% of them occupied with homes.
Over the years, Ramp Creek has added a playground with a full basketball court, a ball field, extra visitor parking, and a Community Center for Residents to use for parties and gatherings. Throughout the year, our Community offers functions such as Community Yard Sales twice a year, contests, promotions, and other activities for our residents of all ages.
A Partnership of Ramp Creek Community, known as Ramp Creek III, Ltd., is a full service Manufactured Home Dealership that owns approximately 172 homes within the park that are available for rent or sale. We have long-time residents that we are proud to say have been with us for over 20 years!
